My #ManspirationMonday this week is two-time bronze medal conoer and LGBT 🏳️🌈 ambassador for the British Athletes Commission #MattLister.
Matt will inspire me this week, to focus on getting lean enough to cut thru the water!

Loving our #WOOFpack and the extra hours at the gym it’s sparking for us. I’m starting to feel less like I have sacks of potatoes tied around my waist and my arms are responding very well to the lifting program. Still a few weeks away from my second set of progress photos, this selfie isn’t my best, but I am celebrating it because I would have never taken a photo sitting in this position a few months ago.
Here’s to better selfies and better health!
My #ManspirationMonday is the scruffy and dorky-in-a-good-way fitness model #RyanFarber. I will think of his sense of humor his dedication and his efforts for spreading inspiration when waking up to tackle my fitness journey this week.
You can follow Ryan on Twitter @farberfitness or Instagram @ryanfarber.
Thanks Ryan! 💪💯
Proud of myself for staying consistent with working out 🏋🏻. I’m really not feeling well the past couple days but medical professionals say to keep it consistent as possible unless your confined to your bed.
Here’s to getting up and making changes. 🍻
My #ManpirationMonday this week is none other than the straight Rugby Player & Gay Icon Ben Cohen. His blend of boy next door smile, rugged scruff and meaty physique has a mass appeal, and we can see why!
Thank you Ben for being an Ally and an inspiration!
Killing it the past few days and building up our #WoofPack hopping to spread inspiration and spark fitness goals in our local gay male population, and to promote self love and goal setting.
It’s just a seed of an idea in the works but I think it will add a great amount of pride to our personal fitness efforts, to be inclusive of other “Woofs”. 😉
I highly recommend the bodybuilding.com app.
